Chief Executive Officer - Christian Dam

Before taking the helm at TraceWorks in 2007, Christian
led the marketing departments of large, household-name companies
such as Purup Eskofot, SAP and Dell. However, the enduring start-up
atmosphere at TraceWorks felt like a breath of fresh air and
Christian decided to be a part of the ride.
His job now is to take TraceWorks to the next level.
Christian admits that he never really felt at home talking to IT
people. Now he evangelizes to marketers faced with challenges that
he has faced himself. And his depth of experience makes him a tough
internal watchdog for product functionality and usability, too. "I
know a lot about what our customers want - and zooming even closer
in on customer needs is key to the next stages of TraceWorks'
growth plan." "This is a fantastic new industry. It's like CRM was
15 years ago."

Co-founder and Chief Visionary Officer - Morten E.
Wulff
TraceWorks co-founder and continual
off-the-edge-thinker Morten Wulff is not your average businessman.
Besides his upbeat clothing and after-five hairstyle, he is a
natural entrepreneur who just cannot help coming up with new ideas.
Most of these focus on fine-tuning TraceWorks to keep its essential
uniqueness, and finding innovative ways to keep the company at the
forefront of the burgeoning MRM market.
In his spare time, Morten serves on the board of a number of other
companies in the online and entertainment spaces, applying his
special brand of creativity to a wide variety of business issues.
The latest addition to his life is a baby. So will he now become
just as petty bourgeois as the rest of us? Watch this
space.

Strategy Director - Martin Stockfleth Larsen

Before joining Traceworks, Martin worked as a Account Director at the global agency Enfatico with account responsibility for Dell Asia.
Martin enabled Dell in Asia to optimize business marketing production cycles and workflows for both online and offline activities.
Martin has been here for two years and started out in sales as a Account Director with the responsibility for international sales. Martin had a huge knowledge around agency workflows and business challenges and because of that was it a natural fit for Martin to take on bigger responsibility including product strategy and marketing.
