Headlight is kept as manageable as possible but systems can be complex and consequently each implementation is different. To ensure the most flawless implementation possible we offer two types of implementation packages.

 

 

This is the 'basic' package and the one that every new Headlight™-user gets. 

We will run through your site and come up with suggestions for conversions and parameters.

Furthermore, - on the more technical side - we will help you set up the account, generate scripts and finally help your own technical staff implement the scripts.

We finish this off with a one week test of your data compared to your CRM/ERP data.

 

 

Contains the basic implementation package + a complete examination of the total implementation.

After 6 months we offer to return and give your system a complete run through. We will send one of our developers and look at your current configuration and data output to ensure that everything is running according to plan.

This way you can ensure that there is no discrepancies in how the system is running under your supervision and how you envisioned it to run when implementing it in the first place.
